Conservation, Sustainable Use & Access and Benefit Sharing
Hawassa, 5 October 2011. The Institute of Biodiversity Conservation (IBC) conducted a capacity building and awareness raising workshop on Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) of the country’s genetic resources from 03-04, October 2011 in Central Hotel, Hawassa. The workshop aimed at enhancing the capacity of researchers, educators and tourism experts in implementing the existing conventions and laws on ABS.
